1.4 The contractual relationship between the registered player (“Player”) and Gamblegate is governed by these Terms of Service and by the laws of Curaçao.

1.5 These Terms of Service come into force as soon as You click on the “Sign Up” button and register Your Account (as defined below) with Gamblegate. By creating and/or opening and/or registering an Account with Gamblegate, You signify to Gamblegate that You have read Our General Terms and Conditions, understand them and accept them.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

3.1 In order to access the Website and play its games, You must create an account (hereinafter - “Account”). You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into contracts in Your jurisdiction to create an Account. You may only create one Account per person, and any Duplicate Accounts will be closed immediately (but not obligatory) without warning and any Bonuses, Free Spins and winnings will be canceled and voided. Gamblegate reserves the right to decide if Duplicate Accounts have been registered, opened or created with no misconduct and is a result of an error. If Gamblegate should have reasonable grounds to believe any fraud has been committed or transacted, We reserve the right to block the Account and confiscate any funds therein. Bonus abuse is treated as ‘fraud’ in these Terms of Service of Gamblegate. If Gamblegate suspects You in Bonus abuse, We may cancel Your Account without any prior written warning.

3.2 To register, You must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including Your own name, address, email address, and date of birth. You must also create a unique username and password, which You will use to log into the Website. It is Your responsibility to keep this information confidential and secure.

3.3 We reserve the right to verify Your identity at any time and may request additional documents to confirm Your identity, age, and location. Failure to provide this information may result in the closure of Your Account.

3.4 The Player is obliged to to fill out Our registration form to open an Account at Gamblegate. The Player ensures that the information provided in registration form is correct, complete and up to date. After opening Your Account, You must take all reasonable steps to avoid disclosing (whether deliberately or accidentally) Your username, password and/or account number to anyone else, including (where practicable) ensuring that up-to-date security software is downloaded onto Your Access Device. All transactions made where Your username and password and/or account number have been entered correctly will be regarded as valid, whether or not authorised by You, and We shall not be liable for any claims in the event that You disclose Your username, password or account number to anyone else (whether deliberately or accidentally). If You have lost or forgotten Your Account details, or have a reason to believe that such details are known to an unauthorised third party, please contact Us immediately for a replacement through [email protected]. It is Your sole responsibility to keep all of the information updated and correct. You have a right to change information at any moment in the “Account Setting” section of the Account.

3.5 In opening Your Account You warrant that:

• You understand and accept the risk that, by using the Services, You may, as well as winning money, lose money;
• You are: (a) over 18 years of age; and (b) above the age at which gambling or gaming activities are legal under the law or jurisdiction that applies to You in Your jurisdiction;
• Online gambling is not illegal in the territory where You reside;
• You are legally able to enter into contracts;
• You have not been excluded from gambling; and
• You have not already had an Account closed by Us for any reason.

3.6 Gamblegate reserves the right to close, refuse and ban an Account at its sole foresight without any description of the reasons whatsoever. The Player has the right to close and/or suspend the Players Account at Gamblegate at any time by contacting our support by email [email protected]. If the Player wants to renew the contractual relationship with Gamblegate the closed account has to be reopened by informing customer support via email [email protected] or chat. If the Player's Account has been closed due to any form of exclusion from gambling the Account has to stay closed for the amount of time it has been excluded.

3.7 If You have closed an unverified account with an active balance, it does not absolve You for the responsibility to complete Your identity verification; otherwise, We will not be able to process any withdrawals from Your account.

3.8 If the Player requests to block his account for any reason and the balance of the Player’s account is less than the amount of the last deposit, the remaining balance will be returned to the last payment method. If the balance on the Player’s account exceeds the amount of the last deposit, the winnings will be cancelled and the amount of the Player’s last deposit will be returned to the last payment method.

3.9 Your Account shall be deemed inactive if it has not been accessed for three hundred sixty five (365) days and the positive balance shall be reset. If You wish to reinstate this balance, you are welcome to contact our customer support at any time.

3.10. If the Website suspects the Player in acting in fraudulent or unfair activities, the Website may at sole discretion unilaterally close the Account of the Player.

4. Currencies

4.1 When signing up, Players have the option to select their preferred currency from the available list on Gamblegate. Players can play in any of the available currencies or in the equivalent of their local currency in USD. The full list available for the Player currencies is indicated in the Account. It's important to note that once a currency is chosen for an Account, it cannot be changed later. Players acknowledge and agree that the exchange rates of all currencies might change, and the Website is not responsible for any exchange rate changes.

4.2 If a Player intends to add funds from banking cards in currencies other than mentioned in his Account, they should be aware that their bank/payment provider will convert the money and should review the conversion terms to stay informed about any additional fees. Any banking fee in such conversion shall levy on the Player. Winnings are paid out in the currency of the Players Account.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Gamblegate offers various payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including credit cards, e-wallets, and bank transfers. Gamblegate reserves the right to request additional documents or information to verify your payment details. We reserve the right to not accept certain currencies and/or payment methods due to reasons that shall be kept uninformed.

5.2 To play with Us You should register Your Account with up-to-date information and deposit funds into Your Account from the payment source of which You are a client. If You use a payment method in respect of which You are not the client, We reserve the right to treat any deposit into the Account as being invalid (and any winnings arising from such deposit as void) pending the satisfactory completion of all relevant сhecks.

5.3 Any deposits or withdrawals may be made only after successful completion of Our Know Your Customer verification of the identity and approval of the Player’s Account. The deposits are unchargeable.

5.4 The Player agrees that by depositing funds in the Account he agrees to settle any fees, charges or penalties that might incur in connection to these games and services. Gamblegate charges deposit fees depending on the payment method chosen. The Player also agrees to be fully responsible for any fees related to the processing deposits and processing and paying of withdrawals. Any third-party fees (f.e. Fee of your bank) shall be paid solely by You.

5.5 The minimum deposit amount on our Website is 20 USD, and We reserve the right to change this amount at any time without prior notice.

5.6 The Player shall wager the deposit in full, concerning the wagering requirements, before the withdrawal proceeds.

5.7 At the second deposit the player will have available funds for withdrawal minus those that he has not wagered.

5.8 The sum available for withdrawal shall be calculated in the following formula: Available funds for withdrawal = Balance - sum of all unplayed deposits.

5.9 If the Deposit will be made in a way that seems suspicious for the Website, the Website has a right to refuse to accept such deposit and/or to freeze the Account of the Player.

5.10 If Gamblegate mistakenly credits Your account with winnings that do not belong to You or do not originate from Your own play or usage of services offered by Gamblegate or the prize was received as a result of a technical error the amount credited belongs and is property of Gamblegate. Gamblegate reserves the right to immediately void any transactions and/or withdrawals made with these funds. If the Player would withdraw funds like these before Gamblegate becomes aware of the error, the mistakenly paid out amount would constitute as debt owed by the Player to Gamblegate. In the event of incorrect winnings paid out to the Player, it is Players responsibility to immediately contact support of Gamblegate by email or chat.

5.11 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used to make the deposit, whenever possible.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is 20 USD.
• The maximum withdrawal amount per once is 1000 USD.
• The maximum withdrawal amount per day is 3000 USD.
• The maximum withdrawal amount per month is 15 000 USD.
• The withdrawal terms for participants in our Loyalty Program may vary. For details, please refer to the Loyalty Program page.
• The Company reserves the right to change this amount at any time without prior notice.

5.12 The Website has a right to apply an additional fee to the withdrawals that do not exceed the minimum withdrawal amount.

5.13 You may at any time be required to pass additional Know Your Customer verification and provide Us with the additional information and documentation to process a withdrawal request. We reserve the right to charge a withdrawal fee or apply withdrawal limits, depending on the payment method used. Withdrawal requests may take up to 72 hours to process, and there may be additional processing fees depending on the payment method. In a case if Your activity and/or identity will seem to Us suspicious or fraudulent We may conduct an enhanced due diligence that includes the following steps: (i) providing Your Identity documents; (ii) providing Us with Your selfie (-es); (iii) providing Your proof of residence (utility bill, phone bill, bank statement); (iv) passing phone verification. Gamblegate reserves the right to refuse in withdrawn due to inability of the Player to confirm its identity. Gamblegate reserves the right to not disclose reasons for such refusal.

5.14 Withdrawals can be made via bank transfer or to the last method used on the last deposit. Withdrawals shall be made only in the name of and to the registered account holder. We will attempt to accommodate Your request regarding the payment method and currency of payment of Your withdrawal in a case when You have a problem with the last used payment method. In certain cases, the currency of Your withdrawal may not be the currency in which Your deposit was made or that was otherwise requested by You and, in circumstances where We are required to convert Your deposits between different currencies, the conversion rate used by us will be set upon our discretion.

5.15 We are not responsible in case(s) You specify the wrong wallet address or when You don't update Your wallet address in our system after You stop using or lose access to the previously saved one.

5.16 After the funds have been withdrawn from Your Account, You are solely responsible for any freeze or confiscation that may arise due to the exchange terms of use that restrict transactions from gambling websites. Always read and understand Your exchange's or other wallet provider terms of use and use at Your own risk.

5.17 Before any withdrawals are processed, Your behavior on the Website/usage of the Games may be reviewed for any irregular use of any vulnerabilities. Should the Gamblegate deem that irregularities have occurred or a vulnerability was used, the Gamblegate reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals as well as confiscate all winnings and bonuses and to block Your account.

5.18 All transactions are monitored by the security team of Gamblegate. Money laundering prevention is one of the top priorities of the Gamblegate security department. Gamblegate shall report any suspicious transaction to a relevant authority. Gamblegate reserves the right to suspend, block or close an Account of a Customer confiscating any funds or refund the Customer on our sole discretion therein if it is requested to do so in accordance with applicable law to prevent money laundering.

5.19 If a Player’s Account is blocked (whether permanently or not), the Support (and/or any other eligible department of the Website) cannot accept any withdrawals, as well as do other actions related to the Player's account.

5.20 For the avoidance of doubt Your Account shall not be used by You as a bank account and, should we become aware of deposits into and withdrawals (including charge-back) from Your Account without commensurate betting or gaming activity, we reserve the right to deduct an administration charge (whether or not we close or suspend the account). Money deposited with us in Your Account shall not attract interest. The time period, when You can expect your withdrawal at Your personal bank account, depends on the operation of the respective payment service provider or bank. 6. Games and Software

6.1 Gamblegate offers a range of games, including slots, table games, and live casino Games, provided by reputable software providers (the “Games”). 8.2 Registration and Opting Out

All new players are automatically registered in the Loyalty Program upon making their first deposit, starting at Level 1 “Lucky Start”.

A Player can opt out of the Loyalty Program at any time through their Account, resulting in the loss of status, Miles, Bonuses, and associated benefits.

The Website reserves the right to exclude or include a Player in the Loyalty Program.

Excluded or self-excluded Players cannot rejoin the Loyalty Program independently. Rejoining is possible only through a written request to Support, followed by a review process conducted by the Gamblegate manager.

8.3 Elements of the Loyalty Program

• Players earn experience points ("Miles") with each deposit.
• Miles is awarded for each deposit of 20 USD or more, with the amount based on the deposit size.
• Miles is reset upon reaching the next level.
• Each new level requires more Miles than the previous one.
• Players receive various Bonuses and benefits at each new level.
• The administration confirms the assigned level and status on the 1st day of each month and reserves the right to review each Player's level at its discretion.

11.2 Gamblegate reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account if You violate any of our General Terms and Conditions.

11.3 If You suspect a person is engaged in any prohibited activities, You shall as soon as reasonably practicable report it to Us by e-mailing Us at [email protected].

11.4 If We have reasonable grounds to believe that You have participated in or have been connected with any form of prohibited activities of any fraud, cheating and collusion detection practices which are used in the gambling and gaming industry at the relevant time with Us or with any other gaming provider; or in breach of this Agreement; or that You are having problems with creditors or otherwise detrimental to Our business, We may freeze or terminate Your Account (but no longer than for 30 days) or cancel any stakes at Our absolute discretion. 11.5 Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, in order to mitigate and prevent illegal or fraudulent activity through use of the Website and Gamblegate services.

11.6 You acknowledge that Gamblegate at its own discretion may decide to suspend or permanently bar You from using the Website if You have violated General Terms and Conditions, without any right of compensation or other for You.
